Built by people who've stood in the rain, waiting for a delivery van.
Wovenli exists because hire businesses were sold booking software built for hotels and hairdressers, then told to make it work. We started over, for hire.
"Every hire operator we spoke to had the same admin: a phone that never stopped, a spreadsheet standing in for a calendar, and a bank transfer they were still chasing three weeks later. None of that is a booking problem. It's a systems problem."
Software should enforce the rules, not just display them.
These are the calls we make when building Wovenli. They show up in the product, not just in a mission statement.
Enforce, don't ask nicely
If a rule matters (no double-booking, no price tampering, no confirming an unpaid booking) it belongs in the database, not in a training doc your staff might forget.
Built for the trade, not adapted
Delivery zones, setup and turnaround time, weekend rates, add-ons that can't be oversold: the details that make hire different from a haircut, built in from day one.
Money should move like water
Deposits taken the moment a booking is made, payouts straight to your bank, no invoices to chase. If a payment doesn't clear, the booking doesn't confirm. Simple.
Free until you're ready
You shouldn't have to pay to find out if a tool fits your business. Build your whole catalogue and site for nothing, and start paying only once you switch bookings on.
We're building this with our first operators, not for them.
Founding members shape the roadmap and pay half price for as long as they stay, with free migration included.
